John Adams, was some of you may know our second president of the United States. He was born on October 17, 1735 in Quincy Massachusetts, in what used to be Braintree Massachusetts. John Adams father was John Adams and his mother was Susanna Adams. John Adams was married to Abigail Smith. Together they supported a family of five. There children's names were Abigail Adams, John Adams,Susanna Adams, Charles Adams, and lastly Thomas Adams. What is interesting about John Adams parents and their family was that they were the founders of the Puritans. John Adams was a very intelligent man he attended the Harvard College and began his life of careers there. Young John Adams began many careers in that being a lawyer and he then prospered in the law making decisions which then lead him to become the second president of the United States.
William Allen was born on August 8, 1704 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His fathers name was William Allen and his mother is not mentioned. William Allen was married to Margret Hamilton, but she passed away. He later married a lady called Margret Shippen on April 8th 1779. together they raised a family of six. William Allen had two daughters named Margret and Anne. He had four sons and they were John, Andrew, James and William. William Allen was Mayor of the city in Philadelphia in 1735. Later on Allen prepared as Chief Justice of the colony's Supreme Court from 1750 to 1774. He lead a very successful life and he died on September 6th 1780.
Benedict Arnold was born on January 14, 1741. in Norwich Connecticut. Benedict's father was Benedict Arnold the third. His mothers name was Hannah Waterman. .Arnold became General in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War. Benedict also served as a spy for the British. He was a very loyal person,Che stood up for his people and himself. Benedict Arnold after five years of his marriage. After years and years of his life his health began to deteriorate which led him to his death on June 14 , 1801.
